The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to accommodate our large party's needs, particularly during our breakfast.

The room I was assigned was situated under a slanted roof, making it quite hot and uncomfortable during my stay.

transport confusion

Just back from Hotel Sternen, where breakfast and dinner blew me away! The room was spacious and comfy, and despite some initial transport hiccups, it’s only 15 mins from Bern’s old town. Definitely a sweet spot to relax and enjoy!

i had such high hopes for this place, but alas, the breakfast wasn’t complementary as promised, and the basement parking is beyond narrow. also, i woudl’ve expected a room upgrade after these inconveniences, but no red carpet treatment for me. absoluteley disappointing overall. i almost rated this better but just couldn’t bring myself to it.

Prices in comparison to location felt high!!! Roadworks made the parking unapproachable!!! Noisy nights with tram sounds detracted from restfulness!!!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, especially Valentina at breakfast and Olivia during dinner. The area was charming, with easy access to shops and beautiful fields nearby. The room was quite roomy and comfortable, making it a good spot for relaxing after long days.

I had difficulty with noise from trams that disturbed my sleep at night.

Had a nice stay in a Roof room. It was spacious with a comfy bed, free toiletries, a kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was great and public transport was easy. I enjoyed the balcony for some fresh air. Quick access to downtown Bern was a plus. Staff were quick to help with my requests.
